Our infrastructure isn't just about machines and metrics. It's about precision-built systems that keep quality high, timelines sharp, and scale manageable, no matter the demand.
Capacity with 80,000 spindles, producing 200+ tons of yarn per month for downstream weaving. We work with Indian, Supima, Egyptian, Organic, and BCI cotton, selected for fibre strength, length, and consistency.
Yarns are produced to deliver uniformity, tensile strength, and efficient loom performance for solid and jacquard fabric production.
Dedicated warping and sizing operations prepare yarns prior to weaving by ensuring precise yarn alignment, controlled tension, and enhanced tensile strength.
Sizing parameters are calibrated to support loom stability, reduce yarn breakage, and ensure consistent fabric formation, particularly during extended production runs. This stage plays a critical role in maintaining structural uniformity and minimizing variability at the loom.
Wide and standard-width weaving capacity supporting yarn-dyed fabrics, jacquards, dobbys, percales, and sateens.
The weaving division is supported by Benninger preparatory systems and looms including Picanol and Dornier airjets, and Staubli jacquard systems.
Jacquard weaving is carried out on wide-width looms equipped with Staubli jacquard systems, paired with Dornier and Picanol airjet looms. Individual warp-end control enables patterns to be built directly into the fabric structure. This setup supports repeat accuracy, motif alignment, and stable fabric construction across production runs.
Post-weaving fabric processing is handled as a dedicated stage within the production sequence, supported by a skilled workforce and advanced finishing machinery. Processing lines are equipped with systems from Osthoff, Benninger, Menzil, Kusters, Montforts, and Mahlo, enabling controlled washing, drying, heat-setting, surface finishing, dyeing, and printing.
Printing and dyeing are managed through approved processing partners with specialised infrastructure. Fabric quality is monitored through colour assessment and digital defect detection systems to ensure consistency in surface appearance and dimensional behaviour across production runs. Supported processes include reactive and vat dyeing, along with rotary and digital printing, executed in line with required colour standards, finish requirements, and compliance parameters.
In-house cutting and stitching supported by IMA spreaders and the ETON material handling system. The factory has a capacity of 250,000 sets per month. Sewing machines include Juki, Brother, Cornelly, Baratto, and Pegasus machines to ensure confection accuracy and consistent construction.
The in-house embroidery department is equipped with multi-head machines from ZSK (Germany)
Quality control is implemented across key stages of yarn, fabric, and product manufacturing. Checks cover yarn parameters, fabric construction parameters, surface appearance, dimensional tolerances, and defect identification prior to dispatch.
Production systems manage order tracking, traceability, work-in-progress status, and inventory movement across manufacturing stages. These systems support production planning, inter-process coordination, and delivery scheduling.
